7u7bd Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 7u7bd website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" means any person who holds a registered account on 7u7bd or uses its services.
• "Gaming Activity" means casino games, slots, sports betting, and any similar activities conducted on the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum bet amount required before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka.

Singular words in these Terms may be read in the plural where the context requires, and masculine words may be read as feminine where applicable.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on 7u7bd and participate in gaming activities, a Member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be cancelled immediately, and there will be no obligation to return any deposited funds.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each Member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are identified under the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method, all such accounts may be cancelled and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, Members must provide complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. If any information changes, the Member is responsible for updating their account without delay. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

7u7bd may at any time request documents to verify a Member's identity, age, and payment method. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Members are obliged to keep their account login details confidential and not disclose them to any third party. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the 7u7bd support team immediately.

• Members are advised to change their password regularly.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• 7u7bd is not liable for any loss resulting from a Member's own negligence.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on 7u7bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — Members must use a payment account registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

7u7bd reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Member may be asked to provide additional information for verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (15× the deposit plus bonus amount). This means the Member must complete bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once by the same Member, household, or payment method.
• Some games may not count toward wagering while a bonus is active — please see the promotions page for details.
• 7u7bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• The maximum single bet from a bonus balance must remain within the limit specified for the relevant promotion.
• 7u7bd reserves the right to close an account and forfeit bonuses if an attempt is made to collect bonuses fraudulently.

5.3 Other Promotions

Separate terms may apply to VIP cashback, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes, which can be found on the relevant promotions page or obtained from the support team.

The 7u7bd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is credited to the Member's account at a set time each week. 7u7bd reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Using the platform in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.
• Abusing bonuses or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, modify, or use unauthorized tools on the gaming software.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other Members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets through robots, bots, or automated software.

If 7u7bd detects suspicious activity on a Member's account, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.

All games offered on 7u7bd are operated through the software of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). Game outcomes rely on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and operate entirely independently.

If a game result is voided due to a technical error or server disruption, 7u7bd will make reasonable efforts to return the affected bet amount to the Member's account. However, 7u7bd is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues or faults with the user's own device.

If a Member disputes a game result, a complaint must be submitted within seven (7) days of the game being completed, via live chat or email.

7u7bd will make reasonable efforts to keep its platform and services running without interruption. However, 7u7bd will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• Internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
• Faults with the Member's own device or software.
• Negligent disclosure of the Member's account credentials.

Under no circumstances will 7u7bd's liability exceed the deposit amount associated with the transaction in question.

• Members may set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion periods.

12.1 At the Member's Request

Any Member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed, but active bonus balances will be cancelled.

12.2 At 7u7bd's Initiative

7u7bd may temporarily or permanently cancel any account in the event of a breach of these Terms. In cases of serious breach, all balances including deposited funds may be forfeited.
